Presented to the right is a self-assessment tool based on the Missouri Family Literacy Indicators of Program Quality and Standards of Performance. Newly added (in Microsoft Word format) is the FLIPQ Template, revised in 2009. This template includes a detailed definition of a Family Literacy Program. In addition, the original version from 2001 and revised versions from 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008 are available.
