Family Literacy Indicators of Program Quality (FLIPQs)

Presented to the right is a self-assessment tool based on the Missouri Family Literacy Indicators of Program Quality and Standards of Performance. Newly added (in Microsoft Word™ format) is the FLIPQ Template, revised in 2008. This template includes a detailed definition of a Family Literacy Program. In addition, the original version from 2001 and revised versions from 2004, 2006, and 2007 are available. The links for the tools will access a PDF file or Microsoft Word™ of the evaluation forms. In order to read PDF documents, you will need to have Adobe Reader™ installed on your computer. To download a free copy of Adobe Reader™, please click on the icon below.
